Taylor is a Managing Director at Tioga Capital and is involved in key initiatives across the firm’s real estate investment platform with a particular focus on debt and equity opportunities across the Sun Belt. Prior to joining Tioga in 2025, Taylor worked for Lone Star Funds in New York where he was involved in debt and equity investments across nearly all property types. Previously, Taylor worked in various capacities for Hudson Advisors, an investment adviser to Lone Star Funds. Taylor began his career in New York at CIBC World Markets Corp. where he worked in CMBS and debt syndication. Taylor holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
